We’re Celebrating Our Sweet 16th

Truly Creative Design is going through some big changes. We are truly excited to announce the launch of our new name, Truly Creative. “When I launched my business as an independent designer, my maiden name – Sloat – embodied who I was at that time,” said Carrie Dufour, Truly Creative’s Founder and Creative Director. “Since then, we’ve proudly grown into a full-service branding agency and, for years, have been searching for a new name that better reflects our company culture and our diverse and talented team.

We explored hundreds of possibilities and the right name finally hit us after hearing our clients express the same happy sentiments: we truly care; we’re truly strategic; we’re truly thoughtful. The warmth, sincerity, and honesty embodied by the word “truly” deeply resonated with us, as these have been underlying elements in our work and at the core of our client relationships.”

And so, Truly Creative was born

On that note, we can’t think of a better moment to express how truly grateful we are for the creative work our clients allow us to do every day. Their trust and support over the last sixteen years has inspired us and made our progress possible. We feel fortunate to get to do what we love to do and are excited for what lies ahead.
Along with the name change, we’ve upgraded our office space to accommodate Truly Creative’s growing team. Our bright, open suite is located just across the road from Shollenberger, a 165 acre wetland park in Petaluma, California. Designer Natalie DeGolia and web developer Chris Grim recently joined Dufour and long-time employees, senior designer Andy Yanchunis and designer Emma Williams.
