We often work across multiple phases to ensure strategy and design are fully aligned.
Every project is tailored, but most follow these phases:
1. Definition of Success
We define goals and build a plan to reach them. 2. Discovery
Research and diagnosis to identify the real problem and path forward. 3. Positioning
Clarifying what the brand stands for and how it wins. 4. Concept Exploration
Designing solutions, such as brand identities, packaging, and messaging. 5. Revisions and Consumer Testing
Refining ideas and validating them with real consumers. 6. Refinements and Delivery
Finalizing assets and preparing them for printing and real-world use. 7. Performance Review
We review results immediately after completion and again 6 to 12 months later to assess success.

We have unmatched expertise in food, beverage, and wellness, particularly in packaging design. From trend spotting to regulatory compliance, we understand this industry inside and out.
We work with brands at every stage, from defining strategy and purpose to running product workshops to creating packaging that earns its place in the cart.
We understand:
• Printing methods and production realities • Regulatory and compliance requirements • How brands show up on shelf and in real people’s lives, not just presentations • Color theory as it applies to shelf impact and emotional connections • How packaging systems need to scale across SKUs and categories… where to be consistent and where to build in flexibility
Design that cannot survive production or compliance is not good design.

You will work with a dedicated team that includes an Account Director, Creative Director, and Designer.
We are not a loose network of freelancers. Our team has worked together for many years. You will not be onboarded and then handed off to strangers.
Success is measured against the Definition of Success we establish together at the start of the project. That includes business goals, brand clarity, and consumer response. Success means different things to different clients but often includes an increase in sales, distribution, or brand awareness.
We also use consumer testing to reduce guesswork and increase confidence in decision-making.
Three things guide results: our experience, our process, and consumer testing.
Strategy and positioning anchor every decision. Design is created to serve those goals, not trends or personal taste. Our aim is to help clients sell more product, not to create work that just looks good in a portfolio.
Yes. We use consumer testing as a validation tool, not a crutch. It helps confirm direction, reduce risk, and bring reassurance to key decisions, especially for packaging.
Customer service.
We believe the experience of working together matters. We hear often that our meetings are the highlight of our clients’ week. If you dread talking to your design partner, something is wrong.

Timelines depend on scope, but most core projects take between 2 and 9 months. This includes brand positioning, brand identity, and packaging design.
Project costs vary by scope and complexity, but our core engagements start at $25,000.
We also offer: • Brand consulting at $250 per hour • Diagnostic and strategy packages starting at $6,500

We follow a get-it-right-the-first-time approach. Our work is built for long-term success, not short-term attention.
Our understanding of compliance reduces risk and helps prevent costly reprints or recalls. CPG is hard enough. Educating your design firm should not be part of the job.
We are a strong fit for brands that:
• Value strategy as much as design
• Operate in food, beverage, or wellness
• Want to grow across products and categories
• Care about long-term brand equity
We may not be the right partner for:
• Brands looking for quick, trend-driven design execution without strategy
• Projects with very limited budgets
• An all-in-one approach. We do not offer web design or social media management.
Brand positioning defines what makes your brand different and why consumers should care. Without it, brands rely on trends or aesthetics alone, which often leads to confusion, inconsistency, and short shelf life.
Strong positioning guides every decision, from packaging to messaging to innovation.

We work with brands at every stage, from early-stage startups to established companies undergoing growth or reinvention. The common thread is ambition and readiness to invest in getting it right.
Look for an agency that:
• Offers brand strategy and positioning and can translate that strategy into cart-worthy packaging
• Understands compliance and regulatory requirements
• Has deep experience in your industry
• Speaks CPG fluently
• Understands trends and knows when to avoid them
